Who’s CD-Click?
CDClick is a very innovative, Internet based CD/DVD duplication and printing Service Company that provides fast and innovative online services and solutions to the Companies and End User alike on the quest for High Quality duplication services. CDClick Virtual Factory is a client/server architecture that gives users fast, online access to the fully automated factory (the Virtual Factory) that does not have geographical boundaries. How does CDClick operate?
CD-Click is a è un “disc self publishing” intuitive and friendly solution for each and every registered user. With CDClick I-Studio, the user creates the CD/DVD/Blu-Ray duplication and printing job. Then he uploads the job to the CDClick Virtual Factory Server and chooses the quantity and the shipping method for his job. As soon as the job arrives in CDClick and it is paid for, the job is put in the cueue. As soon as the job is completed, CDClick ships it out. Since all production phases are handled automatically or with minimum human intervention, CDClick offers the most competive prices in the industry and the fastest turn around time.

How much does the CDClick i-Studio cost?
The CDClick i-Studio client software is free. You can download the program to Create, Print, Burn and Upload your projects at no cost to you. CDClick i-Studio allows the user to print the labels on his printer or to burn the BD/CD/DVD with the burner in his PC. Once the project is verified, the user places the order for the media, the packaging and the turn around time.

Should I be a computer literate to use CDClick i-Studio?
CDClick i-Studio is intuitive and user friendly program. It comes with online help and comprehensive examples. It is very hard to make mistakes. The CDClick i-Studio easy project proofing is the best guarantee that the user did indeed a good job.

Is CDClick i-Studio an Adware program?
No. CDClick i-Studio is no an Adware program as it does not show any advertisment in your PC and it does not install any cookies. CDClick i-Studio has been written to allow you to create, test and upload your multimedia duplication jobs to CDClick Virtual Factory servers.

What’s the minimum order quantity?
You can order 1 to 300 discs for overnight delivery.
1-500 discs for 24/48 delivery.
1-1000 discs for 3/5 days delivery.

How do I order my batch of CD/DVD/Blu-Ray discs?
Below what you have to do to make an order:
- From your CDClicki-Studio project window, click button QUICK ORDER.
- Complete and verify you details of the order of production are the ones you have chosen:
- Media;
- Quantity;
- The type of printing;
- delivery time;
- Click the appropriate button to confirm your order and add to cart.
You will redirect you to our e-commerce into your account:
- purchase of intellectual property rights (if necessary);
- make the payment (bank transfer, credit card paypal);
CDClick acknowledge receipt of your order as follows:
- You will receive an automatic email with confirmation of order. The order confirmation contains all information regarding your order (Project ID, options chosen, the production quantity, priority ships, the cost and the serial number of sales).
Once your project has been paid, it will be in the queue

What’s an ISO file?
The “ISO” file is an image of the digital content of your CD, Video-CD, DVD or Blu-Ray.
CDClick i-Studio allows you to create an ISO file and to burn its content on a CD o DVD. It is highly recommended to burn and verify your CD/DVD/BD prior to uploading the ISO File to the CDClick Virtual Factory Server. By burning and testing the CD/DVD/BD locally, you guarantee yourself that the production disc will be the same as your master disc.

Which type of CD/DVD/Blu-Ray disc can I create with CDClick i-Studio?
CD-Click i-Studio allows you to create any type of:
- Single-Track, Single-Session CD/DVD/Blu-Ray discs.
This format is used in 90% of all commercial discs (see list below) and won’t have any playback issue.
- CD/DVD with folders holding commonly used data files.
- CD mp3;
- Video-DVD holding films readable by PC CD/DVD readers and DVD players for Home-Video.
- Red Book Audio CD (this format is the used to distribute high quality music)
Please notice: CD-Click i-Studio does not support Multi-Track, Multi-Session discs.

Can I order copy protection for my Video DVD?
Indeed you can. We copy-protect your Video DVD with "DUPE-LOCK" a technology based on world leader Patronus® software. Once copy-protected, It will be very hard for most of the users to rip your video DVD using available “ripping” programs.

How does CD-Click print on discs?
CD-Click has invested in several print technologies and robotics.
We use HP InkJet, Thermal Re-Transfer printers.
InkJet provides the lowest Digital Color cost per print while the Thermal re-trasfer printers provide the photo realistic printing and is disc water and scratch proof.

How do I create a CD label with CDCLick i-Studio?
Choose from two options:
- You can use any graphic editor (ie Photo-Shop® or Paint-Shop®) to create your label image. To get a good quality photo color image, please do not sample with less than 300dpi. If you use JPG files, please make sure they have been created in RGB format.
- You can import and place the image on the disc using CDClick i-Studio. The image can be used as background or as a logo. With CDClick i-Studio, you can add text or serialization to the label or you can merge the image with text from a database.

Will the label I created and printed be the same as the one on my duplicated disc?
CDClick virtual factory has 4-color inkjet and thermal digital printers. A digital color printer is able to render same color in 95% of the cases. But you may find a minor color difference between what you see on your monitor and the actual printed disc. If you need 100% compatibility please contact us at

SAVING AND UPLOADING YOUR PROJECTS
Can I save my disc projects in my PC prior to uploading them to CD-Click?
Indeed you can. CDClick i-Studio creates a folder named “CDClick Projects” in your document folder and save all your projects in there. You can open and edit these projects with CDClick i-Studio at any time.
You can print the label as well as burn a CD or DVD with the Data or Music on the image file. This feature comes handy if you need to verify the content of your projects.

Why CD-Click file upload technology is better than any other FTP connection?
We care for the integrity of your files. Even when you transfer large image files like a DL DVD.
This is why CDClick i-Studio takes advantage of a Microsoft® Windows® sophisticated file upload technology called: BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service).
Thanks to this technology, the file transfer progresses in background even if the user exit the
CDClick iStudio while it is uploading the project. Moreover, communications errors, network temporary unavailability or PC switch off won’t affect the integrity of the upload, as the file transfer will resume automatically. The classic file transfer via FTP or the browser does not guarantee same level of file transfer integrity as the CDClick i-Studio.

You are responsible for obtaining permissions for submitted content (audio, data, video, text, and graphics ) which may be required from third parties and you warrant that your products do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark or privacy.
You represent that you are the owner of the copyright of the content you upload into your account; and, or you created the content yourself and own the copyright in the content; and, or you have a direct or implied license from the copyright owner and, or the contents are in the public domain.
You agree that we have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any submitted materials, and to disclose any information to any third party in order to operate business properly; to protect ourselves and our customers; and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.
We respect intellectual property rights.
We expect everyone who uses our services to respect intellectual property rights.
We will delete all content that is reported to us to violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. We will share the submitter’ s account information with third parties as necessary. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless and accept responsibility for reimbursing us for any costs, expenses or liability we incur if you use our service in any way that is incompatible with our policies or violates any law.

Customers are required to provide us with their address, credit card information, and desired shipping method. We use this information to send out orders and to provide customer service. We store names, addresses, and order details to improve customer service.

We reserve the right to cancel service for accounts for any reason, including inactivity.

30 days if the project has been uploaded but not ordered.
180 days if the project has been ordered and shipped.
Do I retain copyright to my product?
Yes, you retain full copyright to your product.

How fast does CD-Click deliver my job?
Turnaround time is flexible. You choose how fast you want your job consigned to you and we’ll make sure it happens. The options are:
- Overnight: If you confirm your order and pay not later than 9:30 AM, we’ll assemble and ship your job by 6:PM.
- 24H 1 Day: If you confirm your order and pay not later than 12:00 AM, we’ll assemble and ship your up to 500 pcs job by 6:PM on the following day.
- 5 Day: If you confirm your order and pay not later than 12:00 AM, we’ll assemble and ship your job by 6:PM on the 5th day.

What is the quality of the manufactured product?
You design and configure your product (disc label, inserts, cover art and disc contents) with CDClick i-Studio our publishing client software. CDClick i-Studio renders a precise replica of your product and lets you modify, print and review different possibilities. What you see after printing and what you read in your disc is what you’ll get from CD-Click. If you accept the quality of your job, the software compiles your product's content into a single digital file and uploads it to CD-Click Virtual Factory Server.
Then CD-Click seamless, automated system accepts orders; manufactures, prints, assembles, packages, wraps, and ships your product.
CDs and DVDs manufactured in our facility look and feel as good or better than similar products found in retail outlets. We print digitally in full color directly on the disc surface and case inserts and covers. We don't use peel-able labels.
Because our process is highly automated, we’ll accept returns of duplicated discs only if media is defective and you are not able to read its content.

APPLICATION ISSUES
Why I am not able to upload my project?
File upload may fail due to several reasons:
- Internet connection is not active;
- You have not registered in the CD-Click user area. Please fill the form and Sign In now.
- CDClick i-Studio is not online. Please click on the “sign on” key and enter your user name and password;
- Your PC is firewall protected and the firewall blocks any i-Studio attempt to the CD-Click server. Modify the access properties of your firewall of get help from your network administrator.

I am not able to install the CDClick i-Studio program. Why?
The i-Studio program installation may not be allowed by your firewall or the browser restrictions on file download. Please try the following:
- Choose not to run the program but download it first;
- Temporary disable the firewall;
- If you connect to internet via the company LAN, please get help from your network administrator.
- The Windows in your PC may not be supported by the i-Studio program. CDClick i-Studio has been developed for Microsoft .Net platform. Therefore, it can only be installed with in PC running 32 bit only Windows Vista, Windows XP e Windows 2000 SP4.
- Your PC does not have the I-Studio compatible Microsoft framework.net version installed and the user does not have the administrator rights. If this is the case, log off and log in again as the system administrator. Then, reinstall CDClick i-Studio.
